Still building Go-Up coop run and I don't have my chickens yet but I wanted to write this to share first impressions and Omlets outstanding customer service. First impression: Adorable, practical coop as promised, easy to build! Customer service: Outstanding! Friendly, professional, and loyalty building. One box of four in our shipment was badly damaged in shipment- I presume it had a long journey to California. Scuffed coop frame. Kids and I fretted. Contacted customer service to report the issue and sent pics of the damage and they promptly and without question sent a replacement, with frequent email updates during the process. Clare in customer service could not be nicer, I am thinking of naming one of our chickens after her. Thank you Omlet, Clare and team!

Delighted with run. Glad I bought a full height one as my girls like resting on the roof of their coop using it as a sun terrace. Also prevents me having to stoop. Yesterday though the latch broke and slipped off in my hand. Awaiting a reply from omlet as to how to rectify this.

I found the clips to that attach to the poles very difficult and in the end resorted to black plastic ties which did a good job.A lot of painful finger tips I have to say.

I received this item free as part of my order. It's a real talking point but I'm not sure the girls have quite grasped what they are supposed to do! Maybe they only perform when they haven't got an audience! I can't wait to see one of them swinging away!

I received this cover as a gift following some issues with my order. It's not something I would necessarily have sought to purchase initially but I am now considering buying the full length cover for the winter. It's a great cover - I really like the way it lets some light into the run whilst still protecting my girls. It fits really well and I haven't had to adjust it at all since I fitted it.

My purchase experience was a little trying - issues with offer codes and broken parts - however, the Omlet team were very patient and obliging and I eventually had everything I needed. The build took some time, (I was probably being a bit too precise about it!) but, after a couple of days of on/off activity, I was the proud owner of a beautiful Eglu Go Coop and Run. The girls arrived a couple of weeks later (ex-bats) and immediately took to it - although we had a fair few crazy moments as they learnt how to be chickens and I learnt how to be a chicken keeper!. The run caging is a little "soft" in places but then it's probably not meant to be leant upon when trying to fix shades in place! I have found that I've needed to line the inside of the run with sunshade material since, without it, the girls simply ejected most of the woodchips! (Quite a challenge to do that from the inside!). We live near the North Cornwall coast so it's often wet and windy, hence opting for a plastic coop. I absolutely believe I have made the right decision, the Eglu is so easy to keep clean and it's resistance to the weather is pretty good. 2 months in, we've got some small signs of rust on the run and the shade eyelets, however these are purely cosmetic and in no way compromise the overall look and/or security of the run. I'm very happy to leave the girls in when we go out, the run is spacious enough and very secure. Next time (yes, I'm already planning for a bigger flock!), I would look at buying a raised coop and, if I added another run, something that is a little easier for me to get into and out of for cleaning/maintenance etc. The option of an electronic opener would be a luxury too. I guess I need to start saving for a new Cube!!!

Great product rabbits love it

Overall we are very happy with the Cube, which was an upgrade from our Go UP necessitated by a slight population explosion among our hens. The accommodation is cosy, secure and relatively easy to maintain. Positioning on flat ground appears to be important in order for the roof to fit properly and I my hens would appreciate something to cover the non-stick surface of the ladder runs but aside from that the chooks are very happy. Well recommended!
