Just great!
This coop is first class - superb design - easy to keep clean - great idea just having one long nest box ---- my ladies just love it - highly recommend - expensive, but worth every pound ----- [the quality remains long after the cost is forgotten] - no doubt, the Merceds Benz of Coops!

Easy to clean and move around
The Eglu Cube has been great! It's a bit pricey but I'm finding the convenience is worth it. I love the slide-out droppings tray and how easy it is to clean the whole coop. The hens are a small breed and the coop holds all twelve comfortably. They pile up together and there's still plenty space available. We've had some below freezing temps and the girls seem just fine. The space holds their body heat well. Moving it is a breeze and I can do it on my own. I like that the auto door fits it seamlessly. Two minor issues, though - 1) the steps leading into the coop are slick and my hens have a hard time gripping them, along with the interval being too widely spaced for short legs. Most of them leap from the ground to the top few steps and flap inside before losing footing. The other is the run door "lock". The pin that holds the run door shut is loose and easy to remove. In an area with nimble-fingered raccoons, like mine, these could potentially be inadequate. As a precaution, I've put locking carabiners on the door to make it more difficult for them. So glad to have this coop! I'd definitely get another one!

Perfect for my rescue chooks
This is my second Cube and third Omlet coop and they are perfect for living on an orchard. The coops themselves are really sturdy and have withstood wind, rain, storms and snow. They keep the chooks warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
They do take a while to put together but this again is testament to their sturdiness.
Omlet is my go to for all my chook related purchases.

CO High Rockies Chicken Heaven
We’ve had our Cube with 9’ run since November of 2019 and an Original Eglu since ‘07. We quickly added an automatic door, and it was a game changer! No more rushing out of bed to let the girls out, or heading home before dark to make sure our ladies are tucked in tight in below 0° weather. We’re at 7200’ and after some bear issues, we added a perimeter electric fence. Cleaning and maintenance is a breeze. Collecting eggs, easy peasy! No mites! Our ladies and gentlemen are toasty warm and safe from drafts and snow in our seriously windy winter storms. In the Summer, the coop stays much cooler inside even in full Colorado sunshine. Our hen went broody, so we moved our Rooster and allowed mama to hatch her eggs in the Cube. We took out the roosting bars and it was perfect! We’re looking to add another Cube and a walk in run soon. Only downside is the price, but given how our original Eglu has held up since 2007, Omlet products are well worth the expense!

Very happy with products
This coop and automatic door are fantastic. Truly the the best instructions and easiest assembly of any project I have ever purchased. Very nice quality. I wish I bought this coop years ago.

Montana weather micro flock approved!
I bought this coop in the spring of 2020, and absolutely, positively LOVE it! It currently houses 4 medium sized hens, and likely 2-3 more medium sized hens this coming summer. It is so easy to move, clean, and fits well into the style of your yard.
I bought the 6’ run originally, and then a 3’ extender for the run as I like my girls to have more space than recommended. If I get 2-3 more, my preference would be to get the larger walk in run as well.
The predator proofing is proving to be excellent, as we have various birds of prey, fox, skunks, weasels, badgers and cougars nearby who haven’t even attempted a break in.
The girls love their nest box and always lay in it, and the roost area is spacious and comfortable in both Montana summer and winter months.
Even when I expand to a slightly larger flock that will require a larger coop set up, I will always keep this coop as a “back up” to nurse sick or keep broody hens, as well as to introduce new members to my existing flock!
I also want to give a shout out to Omlet’s customer support- they are awesome! I ordered the “Extreme Temperature Jacket” and it wasn’t set to be dispatched until Feb of 2021, and upon emailing them my concern as Montana winters can be harsh and sudden, they promptly shipped it and it arrived in September 2020 as I had hoped.
Excellent coop, excellent company.

My little girls love it
I have 4 mini's - a Mom and her 3 foster babies from the feed store. They aren't accepted into my large coop with the 5 big girls so they were living in a large dog crate covered in a horse blanket out in the run-in shed with the horse and donkeys (this is where she decided to go broody). With winter coming to OK, I wanted them in something more secure, warmer and portable. This genius coop answered all my needs.
It took my daughter and I about 6 hours to put it together. Easy to follow directions, but it is painstaking and you need to be exact. Don't assume that you can go out of order...you can not.
The 6' of run is ridiculously sturdy when it is moved, and after about 5" of rain, it has been moved a lot. Not because the rain comes in, the coop and the included cover keeps the girls dry from incoming rain well, but our ground is saturated. Neither my cats nor the dogs can get under the run skirt to bother the girls while they are inside the coop, which means that they are also safe from the coyote that run rampant in my area.
My only complaint is that the included food pan, while large, deep and covered, is a bit too deep for my little girls to get all the way into so I have to keep it very full so they can reach it. It would be nice if you offered a more shallow pan for the smaller breeds.
I have bragged about this coop to everyone I know. While I live on 40 acres and my girls are all free range during the day and only coop at night, I have told all of my suburb and city dwelling friends that this is their answer to having chickens in their backyards. The cost is only slightly above what can be bought at the local feed store and includes the run. The engineering is above and beyond anything else on the market - and you can't beat the shipping cost!

The Perfect Coop!
I purchased the Eglu Cube Large Chicken Coop and I am so happy that I did. The coop is so easy to clean. The chickens are safe with no chance of a predator attacking them when they are roosting with the door closed. My husband later purchased the automatic door for me. When a coyote was found in the yard, I have had no worries. The chickens have been safe. This coop is the best!

So pleased with this!
I bought this coop in August after spending years looking at them ! i had a windfall so decided to go for it. I am so glad I did.. It is very easy to keep clean, it comes up like new every time, despite getting muddy with the wet weather.. I clean the bars and tray every week or so with a small amount of disinfectant as well as some washing up liquid. I keep a special brush/sponge and bucket for chicken cleaning. Now the weather is cold I dry everything off with paper towel -in Summer it all dried in the sun.
A good tip from another Cube user is to put newspaper in the droppings tray every day. It is easy to roll up and put into the black bin. now the weather is cold I am putting more paper for a bit of insulation. i bought the cosy cover too and they seem fine.
Now they are in lockdown because of Bird Flu I give them a cabbage 'pinata' hung from the top of the run, which they love. It gives them some fresh food and excercise jumping up! Also on cold mornings they have some of their food mixed with hot water like a porridge and I add some tinned sweet corn or dried meal worms for a treat.
