Delivered very quickly, this is a high quality product - we feel that our chickens are safe and enjoying their environment. Assembly wasn't quite as simple as illustrated by the young lady in the video, who is working on a nice, clean, flat interior surface (and the paper instructions had a minor error). Even with the wheels option (which give one the ability to move this unit), it needs to be made outside and relatively close to its final destination (if you have gates to pass through, make certain you're on the right side of them!). Everything works exactly as promised, although I'm wondering how long the doors to my enclosure will last on the plastic clip hinges provided (I have no spare ones to replace these once they eventually break/wear out).

I love this coop and my girls do too. My Maran, Alisha, struts up that ladder like she's a beauty queen. Given the price and availability of lumber, I consider the Eglu a bargain. I see myself having an Eglu village someday.

We first got 4 FSFH highline rescue chickens in October 2020 and got hold of a used Eglu Go Up off Ebay. It has done well so far but now we have 2 additional White Sussex Chickens it got a bit cramped for the remaining 3 FSFH hens. So Decided to get a eglu cube and when it was on 20% off during Black Friday thought stupid not to get one. Luckily Only needed just the coop itself as the girls have a 4m x 3m polytunnel covered run and the coop sits in a old 6x6 greenhouse so secure from the foxes. Coop was a doddle to put together. Watched the video on You Tube and put the brackets on the panels first inside the house and then put it together in situ. Took about 1hr to put together with supervision from the girls as they wanted to check out their new accommodation. The girls love having more space which now means we can get some more chickens!!! One thing to note though as we got the purple Mk2 Cube is that is more pink than purple. The included Glug & grub's are purple but the coop is definitely pink!

Once put together this coop is brilliant. Easy to clean, easy to add the food and water. The door and the egg box sliding door both work a treat. We did have several instruction sheets which didn't appear to be the same. Wouldn't recommend putting it up on a freezing cold day in a gale. However it is worth the effort!! It's much sturdier than previous coops and well worth the money.

I’m really happy with my new Eglu and so are my chickens! They settled into it straight away. Building the Eglu took two people 4 hours so much longer than you are made to believe on the website.

I waited to buy this hen house due to the price and saved for it. I'm so happy I did! Once I ordered it I was so delighted. Its so easy to clean, the hens love it and I know I have bought a henhouse I will have for many years. Don't second think it, buy Eglo!!!

There is a bit of a learning curve putting this together, largely because the instruction manual has very few words in it and the individual fixtures (screws, nuts, bolts) aren't labelled, but once you get the hang of it it goes together well. I have 3 relatively plump chickens in this coop and I'd say I could probably fit 4-6 more, if I cared to. They love it and started going in on their own immediately after I got it set up for them. VERY glad I got the coop light addition, both for my girls and because it made the last stages of assembly much easier. Don't short yourself by buying cheaper coops: this is worth the investment.

Every bit as good as I had hoped. Strong, lovely colour and the chickens are very happy. Easy to assemble, easy to clean and looks like red mite problems are all sorted. Bliss!

We had a problem with our Auto door control panel clock which meant that the door was not opening or closing when it should. The control panel then would only turn on for 4 seconds and then nothing! Changed the batteries, factory reset etc with no luck. Rang Omlet on Monday mid morning and by Tuesday 4pm a replacement panel had been delivered and by 4.15 all was well with the door again. Thank you for such prompt and excellent service.

After much research I decided to purchase the Eglu with a 3 metre run, the wheels for moving the coop around and also the automatic door. Very happy with the product! So easy to clean- it only takes me 5 minutes. Being able to move the coop is handy in order to give the hens fresh ground to fossick in. Auto door also great!
