There are lots of amazing products to choose from to make the Eglu Cube Chicken Coop setup even better. The Automatic Chicken Coop Door and Extreme Temperature Jackets are great options but you can find more products in our chicken shop
This depends slightly on the size of the chickens and how much space they have outside of the coop, but the Eglu Cube house accommodates up to 6 large hens or up to 10 bantams.
No, red mites can still appear, so it's important to regularly clean the coop and check for mites. The materials the coop is made from,however, mean that it will be easier to prevent a red mite infestation and to get rid of any that you find. Please take a look at our red mite prevention video above.
No, it is predator resistant. The strong materials and heavy duty steel mesh will make it really difficult for predators to get to the hens, and the anti-tunnel skirt prevents predators from digging under the run to get to your chickens

Yes, it's good to reach out to the prospect to start the conversation and decide on a time to talk about the products as soon as you receive the initial email with their contact details.
You can start by contacting the prospect through the method they have chosen in the automated email you will receive. To initiative the communication with the prospect you can emailing them or calling them. To discuss your set up we recommend you to meet the prospect in person. Hovewer, if this is not possible you can also connect through video calls (Whatsapp, Zoom, Google meet...), calls or emails.
Yes, if the prospect is not able to come around and see the setup in person you can organise a video call (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc) where you show them your product(s).
If the question is about a product and you do not know the answer, be honest and refer them back to the product page on our website. If the question is about something that is not directly related to the product,(ie. order status or delivery issues) ask them to contact our customer service team by phone 02 8103 4124 or by email info@omlet.com.au and they should hopefully be able to help.
A lot of our customers are first time chicken keepers and will have a few general questions about chicken keeping. If you do not know the answer or if you have any doubts, you can refer them to the chicken guide on the website.
You don't have to stay in contact with the prospect after they placed their order. Any order or delivery related queries will be solved by our customer service team. If they reach out to you, ask them to contact Omlet via phone or email.

Feel free to follow up with prospects and stay in touch after they have bought a product. If you do not know the answer to their questions, you can ask them to check out the Chicken Keeping Guide on our website. They can also make use of our Omlet forum or Omlet Facebook group.
Get in contact with our customer service team and they should be able to help.
Commission is paid 30 days after the order has shipped, assuming the prospect does not return the items or cancel his or her order before dispatch.

We recommend that you regularly check your prospect and close those you have been in contact with. This is as, depending on the reason you close a prospect, they may receive a promo code. If they use it you will earn commision.


    You can close a prospect for the following reasons:
  • You were able to answer the prospect's questions via phone or email
  • The prospect came to your location and viewed your Omlet product 
  • The prospect never responded to you
  • The prospect wanted to view your Omlet product but was too far away from you
  • The prospect wanted to view your Omlet product but was unable to for other reasons
