nice customer service, fast delivery and great quality
I ordered a crate, a tray and a bed for my 8week old fur baby, i am so happy that this became her very first private space. Easy to assemble, great quality, even though i put this crate in the room right next to my bed, doesn't look bad at all. It looks like part of furniture(yes, actually it's furniture!) I can even use it as a bed side table! When I contacted to customer service, they answered me fast and clear. Since the tray has been delayed to be shipped, they sent me other items first, and it was very fast. Reasonable shipping cost for sure. My puppy and I are so happy with their products, I will def try other products they have as well. x

really nice!
We have a designer house, and a new puppy. We have had traditional crates always, as we do believe crate training is the absolute best thing for puppies and dogs. The Omlet set up looks really quite nice, and we have it set up on the side of the top floor and it matches the house style nicely.
It wasn't too hard to put together, but as usual, the instructions aren't really that awesome. A YouTube video would be helpful.

Nice piece of furniture
We love our crate and wardrobe. It took a lot of man power to build it though. But it serves well as a small storage and comfy place for our pup. We love how harmoniously fits in with the rest of our home.

Excellent quality!!
I bought the Fido Studio 24” for my Pomeranian puppy Willow & it looks great in the living area where she sleeps at night. I was amazed at how well it was packaged, everything arrived individually packed & the instructions were perfectly explained in a booklet form (not just a sheet of paper). I am so happy I bought this from Omlet.com.au & have already passed to word to all my dog & cat lovers & family so they can enjoy the comfort of the Fido Studio 24 for their cats or dogs.
If I could give it 10/10 I would.

Loving my Fido Nook 24"
I don't usually write reviews but thought I would make an exception. The staff at Omlet were amazing. My nook wasn't available for some time so they even sent me a temporary 'crate' to use so I could get my puppy used to the crate until my nook arrived. Its amazing quality, easy to follow instructions and looks great! Highly recommend!!
